Museum complex named after V.P. Astafiev is situated not far from the city of Divnogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Region in settlement Ovsyanka. This is the place where Viktor Petrovich Astafiev, a famous Russian writer, was born and lived. On a viewing point which is several kilometers far from the settlement there is a memorial dedicated to one of Astafiev’s books “the Tsar-fish”.

Krasnoyarsk Regional Museum of Local Lore is one of the oldest and biggest museums in the region and in Siberia. It serves as a research guidance, information and educational center.

State nature reserve “Stolby” is a world famous reserve founded in 1925 to preserve the natural sites around the picturesque syenite rock pillars that are called “stolby” in Russian.

Flora and fauna park “Roev ruchey” is one of the biggest zoos of Siberian region.

Fun-park “Bobrovy Log” is a year-round recreation and sport complex.

Krasnoyarsk hydropower station is one of the most powerful (6000 MW) hydropower stations in the world. It has a unique ship elevator that is used to transport ships over the dam. The reservoir behind the dam has a total water storage capacity of about 2000 km2.
